Studio Policies

  • A current waiver must be on file for every student.

  • Do not instruct other students.

  • In order to ensure seamless transition, please arrive and depart from class within 10 minutes of start and end times.

  • We foster an inclusive space, but also honor our students by not allowing any spectators except parents or explicity approved by the student. There is a park with a pond nearby, several restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of free parking.

  • Jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets) MUST be removed during class to avoid damage to equipment and for your safety.

  • Cubbies are provided but we recommend leaving valuables at home or locked in your vehicle out of sight, and Gravity is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please practice good hygiene and sanitation by wiping down any poles, yoga mats, foam rollers or other equipment after use.

  • If you are sick, do not come to class. Contact us if you need assistance with a cancellation for a medical reason.

  • We love Instagram and filming as much as you do! But please do so when appropriate. Instructors will normally allow time at the end of each class to film. And please be conscientious of any other students in the background and ensure they do not mind.

  • We may on occasion take photos or videos of students in class for Gravity's social media as well. We will confirm it is ok for you to be part of imagery.

  • Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the studio whatsoever. Anyone under the influence may be asked to leave without refund. This is a liability for us so thank you for understanding.

  • Damage to the studio, equipment, theft, etcetera will result in fees charged to you.

  • We love furry friends but we need your babies to stay at home please.

Class Policies

  • Classes require a minimum of 2 students. If class minimum is not met within 3 hours of start time, class will be cancelled. The pass/credit goes back to the student's account who was signed up.

  • There is a 7 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after that, permittance is not allowed and no credit is given.

  • Class cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours prior to start time. Late cancellations or no shows will be deducted from the student's account (forfeited) and a fee equal to the current drop-in rate is automatically charged by the scheduling system to that account. Cancellations must be completed via Wellness Living or the original booking method.

Membership Policies

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly but we do not require contracts. You can turn off auto-renew directly in your Wellness Living account as you need.

  • It is client responsibility to maintain their payment method. In the event of a failed automatic payment, we will attempt one additional payment. If that does not go through, the client's account is automatically billed a $25 inconvenience fee.

  • Clients will be unable to book in our scheduling system without a valid payment method on file and/or a negative balance.

  • Currently, memberships are not shareable or transferable. Note that group classes are transferable if you want to invite a friend and use a class pass package to cover. We also sell gift cards!

Party Policies

  • A 50% hold is placed on the card used for booking at time of reservation.

  • Reschedules are possible up to 24 hours prio to start.

  • Cancellations are refunded at 100% if made a week or more prior to the lesson.

  • Cancellations are refunded at 50% if made between 2 and 6 days prior to the lesson.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we have had to make special arrangements for this time and use of space.

  • Late arrivals do not extended alloted time.

  • Drug and alcohol use is never permitted. A good time is our goal! But some things just have to wait, for everyone's safety.

Private Instruction Policies
