This all-levels low-impact HIIT class kickstarts your metabolism & energy through fast-paced sets of intervals training. We mixed in lunges, squats, reaches, and drumming into an amazing workout that is good for heart, body, & soul.

STOMP Sculpt | Saturdays 9:00am

This all-levels class provides energy, toning, & low-impact cardio using 1/4-lb drumsticks, amazing music & rhythms, and a rockin' attitude! There is a mix of standing and grounded postures, and variations are always provided as needed.
