Dance & Cardio Classes

Barre is a fast-paced lifting & toning workout for all levels! No experience needed. It a fusion of ballet-inspired postures with elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training. We start with a warm-up. Followed by a series of standing exercises at the barre, where your instructor will offer additional upper body combined movements. Class wraps up with a core sequence on the mat.

Attire: Wear toeless socks or no socks for use with gliding discs.

Bungee is a total body workout for all levels that combines aerobics, fitness, dance all into one! We will orient ourselves with wearing the harness. Then, we work on assisted squats, pushups and variations, playing with tension, and moving into jumping and flying. As we progress, we can also sequence moves together. 

Attire: Thicker leggings or shorts as we wear a harness. We are barefoot on the gym mats. 

Welcome to The "HOT" Seat Chair Dance for all levels! We will learn a choreo that involves dance moves on and around a metal folding chair, in a variety of genres from broadway to sensual to hip hop. We may be barefoot, or use heels or dance boots so it's great to have them with you just in case (never required). We will generally spend at least 2 weeks on the moves/choreo in order to give us time to learn in progressions. Jump in any week!

Attire: Comfy stretchy clothing. Tank, or have a tee for covering back & armpits if needed.

POUND Rockout Workout (Age 17+)

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin' out! POUND uses drumming with 1/4-lb weighted Ripstix to give you a full-body workout that combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to upbeat, energetic music, giving you a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement.

Attire: Comfy stretchy clothing you can possibly sweat in. We are in socks or barefoot on the gym mats.

Did you know that movement is medicine? This lights-off class is your chance to naturally come back home to your body. Your instructor blends dance, stretching, meditation, and conditioning together. The results? You will discover your authentic, emotional, sensual, and steamy self. No judgement or self doubt. Come discover your body’s voice and let it sing. This class can use poles but it is not required.  

Attire: Whatever your heart desires


We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. Workout wear generally suffices but if you can have various types or layers with you, it helps. For example, a tee, tank or sports bra is good with leggings but you could also have yoga or athletic shorts, knee pads and socks on hand. We love to call this a "go bag." Please no zippers or other clothes or jewelry that would catch.
