Our Flow and Worx classes are a great way to stretch, strengthen, lengthen, and move!

Flow Classes

Yoga Flow

Come get your flow on in this flow vinyasa class! This all-level yoga class will take you through a series of postures to match breath and movement and leave you recharged and revitalized.

Requirements: None. Please bring your own mat if possible We have a limited number available. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and towel.

Sensual Flow (age 18+)

Did you know that movement is medicine? This class is your chance to naturally come back home to your body. Your instructor blends dance, stretching, meditation, and conditioning together. The results? You will discover your authentic, emotional, sensual, and steamy self. No mirrors, judgement, or self doubt. Come discover your body’s voice and let it sing.

Requirements: No experience necessary. This class can use poles but it is not required.

The HOT Seat Chair Flow

Welcome to The HOT Seat Chair Dance! We will learn a choreo that involves dance moves on and around a metal folding chair. Some weeks we may use heels or dance boots so it's great to bring them with you just in case. Some choreos will involve acro style moves but options will be offered. We will generally spend at least 2 weeks on the moves/choreo in order to give us time to learn in progressions.

Requirements: No experience needed! We will have offer progressions or modifications for more acros moves.

Down with the Thiccness (18+)

This class will have you burning calories, gaining strength, and focusing on glute and leg activation. Set to music, you’ll learn how to rotate, revolve, and wave that pelvis to make your booty shake!

Worx (Strength & Recovery)

Body Worx

This all levels class will get you pumped and ready for your next aerial or pole class. We will condition your strength, stamina, and form. Come work that body with us!

Circuit Worx

In this class, we work on developing strength and endurance. Using a circuit format, we will target the whole body, with a focus areas weekly (for ex, upper, lower, core). Curriculum may use pole or aerial apparatus, as well as bodyweight, weights (kettlebell or dumbbells), or other tools likes bands.

Requirements: Very general aerial apparatus encouraged but not required. We will modify exercises for varying skill levels.

Recovery Worx

This all-levels class restores action and range of motion as well as builds flexibility. Each week, we target different zones of the upper or lower body and also your core. We move through exercises designed for joint recovery, creating warmth and strength, and wrap up class with opportunity to find your deepest stretch. Exercises are structured to safely add gains in your splits, backbends, and more.

Attire

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. Generally, wearing workout wear suffices but if you can have various types or layers with you, it helps. Up top, a tee, tank or sports bra is good. On bottom, we recommend leggings but also bring yoga or athletic shorts. Knee pads and socks are recommended to have on hand. Please no zippers or other clothes or jewelry that would catch.
