As an amazing ad hoc offering, Chair Dance teaches a choreo that involves dance moves using a metal folding chair, in a variety of genres from Broadway to sensual to hip hop.

Attire: Comfy stretchy clothing. Tank, or have a tee for covering back & armpits if needed.

Attire

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. Workout wear generally suffices but if you can have various types or layers with you, it helps. For example, a tee, tank or sports bra is good with leggings but you could also have yoga or athletic shorts, knee pads and socks on hand. We love to call this a "go bag." Please no zippers or other clothes or jewelry that would catch.
