Where do I begin?

If you've never tried an Aerial class, sign up for our Youth/Adult Intro to Aerials Age 11 -17+ in Wellness Living. Or there is a Pole Level 1 class is every Tuesday! Class names also indicate level and any age restrictions.

Can I do a trial class?

Check out our Trial Page for info on trying certain classes. You can also email info@gravitydistrict.com for help.

Can I just show up?

We accept walk-in students if there is an available spot. We recommend creating a Wellness Living Account and booking prior to guarantee your reservation and streamline check-in.

What are the youth options?

We love our Youth students! See class options on our Youth Programs page.

How much is it?

See our pricing page for more information. Memberships start at $77/mo and go up to $219/mo.


Is there an App?

Yes! Please download the Wellness Living Achieve app from the Google Play or Apple Store for easy class registration.

Is there a refund policy?

In general, we do not offer refunds and sales are final. Please see our policies here.

Are there age limits?

Parent & Me is 1-4 Yrs. Kids Morning Out is Age 3 to 6. Aerial Arts classes are for ages 5 to 16. Adult classes are 17+.

Can I share my class credits or roll them over?

No, classes & memberships are not shareable. But we offer 10% family discounts if you email info@gravitydistrict.com. Your membership purchase designates how many credits you get per month and unused credits do not roll over.


When does my membership start?

Your membership starts the day you buy it and auto-renews monthly on the original sale date. If you want to buy a membership but can't start for a week or two, you need to email info@gravitydistrict.com for assistance.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Talk to the Front Desk or email info@gravitydistrict.com. We can convert an existing membership to a different level. Do not buy a different membership level without ensuring your original one is turned off.

Can I turn off membership auto-renew or cancel myself? 

Please see our Policies Page. We require written 30-day process for changes. Clients are unable to turn off auto-renew or cancel on their own.

What do I wear?


We recommend  close-fitting but stretchy apparel. For pole class, exposed skin (knees, ankles, thighs) aids with grip.

Do I need a dance or gym background?

Absolutely not! We have a curriculum for progressing through class levels and dance background is not necessary. 

What if I don't feel strong?

It is our job to help you build strength and body awareness, and you will be amazed by how you progress as you come to class.

Is Open Practice for new students?

We strongly recommend having attended at least 3 classes before you register for Open Practice, which has no instruction. 

Is jewelry allowed?


Jewelry is not allowed in class as it can damage equipment or get caught. No rings, watches, bracelets, or belts please! If you have permanent jewelry, we can explore ways to cover it.

Do I need heels for pole?

All our Pole Class curriculums allow for Heels or no Heels. Feel free to register even if the class title says Heels or Dance. You can get a feel for the style and then buy Pole Heels.

Can we watch classes?

We allow parents/family to wait in our seating area, but space is very limited. Random observation of classes is not permitted.

What happens if I no-show or cancel?

Class credit is forfeited. We have already booked a coach who prepares a class curriculum, and many coaches drive here from Austin or surrounding towns. Members are not charged for late cancels.

What if I arrive late?


7 minutes past start time, you are considered a no-show. we understand traffic sucks or things happen! do your best to let us know what's up! It is teacher discretion to allow you into class after 7 minutes past start time.
