Studio Policies
A current waiver must be on file for every student.
Do not instruct other students.
In order to ensure seamless transition, please arrive and depart from class within 10 minutes of start and end times.
We foster an inclusive space, but also honor our students by not allowing any spectators except parents or those explicitly approved by the student. There is a park with a pond nearby, several restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of free parking.
Jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets) MUST be removed during class to avoid damage to equipment and for your safety.
Damage to the studio, equipment, theft, etcetera will result in fees charged to you.
Cubbies are provided but we recommend leaving valuables at home or locked in your vehicle out of sight, and Gravity is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please practice good hygiene and sanitation by wiping down any poles, yoga mats, foam rollers or other equipment after use.
If you are sick, do not come to class. Contact us if you need assistance with a cancellation for a medical reason. We have a 12-hour cancel window, so if you know are you sick, do not wait to cancel and then ask us to refund/credit you, because we still have to pay our staff and that spot is still 'lost' to another student who could have used it.
We love Instagram and filming as much as you do! But please do so when appropriate. Instructors will normally allow time at the end of each class to film. And please be conscientious of any other students in the background and ensure they do not mind. Gravity may on occasion take photos or videos of students in class for Gravity's social media.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the studio. Anyone under the influence may be asked to leave without refund. This is a liability for us so thank you for understanding.
We love furry friends but we need your babies to stay at home please.

Membership Policies
Memberships auto-renew on a 30-day cycle for Adults or on the 20th of the month for Youth Membership. We do not require contracts. You can turn off auto-renew directly in your Wellness Living account as you need. Go to My Profile / Passes & Memberships to do so. It is not Studio responsibility to manage your auto-renew or issue a refund after you made a purchase.
Membership Changes & Upgrades: REMEMBER if you have a membership and purchase a different type of membership (ex, existing Core and go to Unlimited), we need to turn off your prior membership's auto-renew or convert it. This is very important! Contact our office as needed to assist. Email in website footer.
It is client responsibility to maintain their payment method. In the event of a failed automatic payment, we will attempt one additional payment. If that does not go through, the client's account is automatically billed a $25 inconvenience fee.
Clients may be unable to book in our scheduling system without a valid payment method on file and/or a negative balance.
Unlimited memberships are not shareable or transferable.
Private Instruction Policies
Reschedules are possible up to 24 hours prior to the lesson.
Cancellations are refunded at 100% if made a week or more prior to the lesson.
Cancellations are refunded at 50% if made between 2 and 6 days prior to the lesson.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we have had to make special arrangements for this time and use of space.
Late arrival does not extend the allotted time.
Party Policies
$50 deposit due at time of booking.
Reschedules are possible up to 24 hours prior to start.
Balance is due one week prior to event - booker's card on file will be charged unless otherwise requested via email to info@gravitydistrict.com.
Cancellations are refunded at 100% if made 7 days or more prior to the event.
Cancellations are refunded at 50% if made between 2 and 6 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we have had to make special arrangements for this time and use of space.
Late arrivals do not extended allotted time.
Be aware, our studio has 2 main areas. Another class or less may be happening at the same time. You will have privacy and personal attention and a good time!
A Waiver must be on file for every attendee.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to confirm all attendees have signed a Waiver.
Drug and alcohol use is never permitted. A good time is our goal! But some things just have to wait, for everyone's safety.
Rental Policies
Full payment due at time of booking.
Reschedules are possible up to 24 hours prior to the rental.
Rentals are refunded at 100% if made no more than 12 hours prior to the rental.
No-shows do not get a refund as we have made arrangements to be on-site for you.
Late arrival does not extend the allotted time.
Rental does NOT mean you will be by yourself - a class could be going on simultaneously unless you rent the entire studio.
All rates are for one hour.
This is for your practice - our staff is responsible for applicable rigging but not instruction. Doubles work is allowed but instruction by non-employees is also not approved.
Rentals are for one to two people to practice. They are not meant for you to host a private party.
Class Policies
Classes require a minimum of 2 students. If class minimum is not met within 3 hours of start time, class will be cancelled. The pass/credit goes back to the student's account who was signed up.
There is a 7 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after that, permittance is not allowed and no credit is given.
Class cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours prior to start time. Late cancellations or no shows will be deducted from the student's account (forfeited) and a fee equal of $20 is automatically charged by the scheduling system to that account. Cancellations must be completed via Wellness Living or the original booking method. It is client responsibility to manage their signups.
