Tots, Youth, & Teens, & Mom's Day Out
Waiver. A current waiver must be on file for every student.
Wellness Living Portal. This is our studio software. Clients must follow login instructions during setup or following an automated email if the team assisted you, in order to access your portal. From there, you will maintain your profile details, email, and can manage your billing method and see your schedule.
Auto-Renewal. Memberships auto-renew based on original sale date. Most auto-renewals are every 30 days, with the exception of Competitive Aerial Youth. Sales are final, no refunds.
Adult Membership & Booking Structure. For Gravity purposes, any student 16 & over is handled as an adult. Adult memberships are volume-based. The student must book his/her desired class in the Wellness Living Class schedule.Â
Teen Membership & Booking Structure. Teen 13-15 years memberships are volume-based. Parents, if you have your own account, you will need a relational Teen account in your profile. You must book classes in the Teens name, not your own, for insurance liability reasons. Continuous incorrect booking may result in a warning or deactivation.Â
Youth Membership & Booking Structure. Memberships result in the student(s) being automatically registered for the applicable weekly class/es that align with the purchase. No additional class bookings required.
Adult Class Pack Expirations. The length of a single drop-in or class pack bundle is clearly documented in the online store and ranges from 2 months to 7 months depending on the option. If we have to cancel a class and give you a credit, you are still held to the timeline for usage. Class credit durations are not infinite. Sales final, no refunds.
Late Cancels. If you cancel within a 6-hour window of start time, you forfeit applicable class credits and may be charged $5-10.Â
No Shows. You are charged $5-10 for each occurrence. Within 5 minutes of class start, you are marked as a no-show if you are not there.Â
Notifications. Members are required to keep their notifications on. Turning your Email and SMS notifications off in your profile or not opening your communications does not hold Gravity District responsible for missed information.
Youth Makeup Requests. Makeups are a perk for our members only, not for single bookings or specials. We provide limited makeups for our Youth & Kid Memberships, because they are program-based, not volume-based. Eligible programs may receive up to 1 makeup credit that is good for 30 days, with an approved request. Why are only certain programs eligible? Because some classes only meet once per week or there are age restrictions. How soon do I submit a request? At least 3 days prior to the planned absence. What qualifies? A vacation or planned day away. What does not qualify? An illness that takes you out for 1 week does not qualify. Why not? Because everyone gets sick from time to time. Certain months have up to 5 weeks in them, so your attendance will even out. Not showing up and then asking for makeups is not approved, ever. How do I submit a request? Fill out this FORM.Â
Youth Makeup (Studio-Initiated). We do our best to never cancel a Youth class, but if a teacher has to be out and we cannot find a sub, it could happen. In this case, we will schedule a studio makeup day as applicable and communicate to parents. We will not do a refund.
Other Makeups for Non-Youth Students. In general, we do not offer makeups for non-youth/kid memberships or class packs.Â
Texting Not An Official Communication Method. The business phone number will receive texts but we have no guarantee on response due to volume, spam, etcetera. All official communications should go to our email box.
System SMS. On occasion, you may receive an SMS message from our Wellness Living system. We try to keep these to a minimum and are generally utilized when a class is at risk of cancel or there is an urgent update. This is an outgoing system only.
Personal Communications with Instructors. It is teacher discretion to share their personal information with you but this does not circumvent process or policy.
Membership Change Requests. ALL changes including Upgrade/Downgrade, Pause, and Cancel requests require a FORM. The form is the trigger. The 30-day process starts with its receipt. No exceptions. No other communication type replaces the form.Â
Pauses. Complete the FORM.
Upgrade/Downgrade Caution! Do not just go buy a different membership type online, because your current type may not be automatically stopped or converted. Use the referenced Form.
Membership Cancellation Policy & Final Payment. Not following this policy may result in your account continuing to be charged, your liability, being put in default or sent to collections, and being flagged.
Notice Period
Members must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the desired termination date.
Final Payment
Member is responsible for a final payment if their normal auto-renew date occurs any time within the final 30 days. Members are responsible for knowing their auto-renew date. Example scenario: Your auto-renew day is the 10th of each month. Submit your cancel request form on the 8th or 9th so you get the most classes possible after your final payment.
Access During Notice Period
Members will retain full access to facilities and services during the 30-day notice period, provided that all dues have been paid.
Effective Termination Date
The membership will terminate at the end of the 30-day notice period, following an automated cancellation notice from Wellness Living and final payment.
Non-Refundability
Payments made within the final 30-day notice period are non-refundable, regardless of whether the member uses the facilities during that period.
Failed or Returned Payments
If a payment is returned, declined, or otherwise fails due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) or other reasons, a processing fee will be applied. This fee is charged by our payment processor, not the gym, and unfortunately must be passed on to the member.
Two Month Membership Minimum. Based on the 30-day process, therefore, all memberships are subject to a minimum of 2 payment collections.
Credit Carryover, Sharing, Transferring. For Memberships with class limits, there is no credit carryover. It is "use it or lose it." Sharing or transfers of credits not allowed.
Payment Method. It is client responsibility to maintain their payment method. Failed automatic payments result in a $25 inconvenience fee for every attempt to collect and the account may be flagged or deactivated if this is a perpetual occurrence.
Flagged Accounts or Accounts In Bad Standing. Wellness Living automatically flags non-paying accounts.
Membership Discounts. Multiple household memberships (immediate family only: spouse, partner, child, sibling) receive a 10% discount starting with the 2nd membership. Email us with your request. We do not retro discounts.
Membership Perks. Members automatically get a 7% discount on drop-in classes (for ex, if you go over your monthly max). A 5+% discount on any Events/Workshops. No code required at checkout.

If there are not 2 students signed up. If a teacher has illness, accident or other issue unforeseen issue. Acts of God or extreme weather. Building Issues (for ex, plumbing or AC problems).
Third Party Booking Vendor. Gravity District participates with the ClassPass app and WellPass (formerly GymHub) for certain drop-in classes. Their cancellation period and other policies may differ. We have no direct connection, policy-wise, to these third party vendors.
Holidays. We are closed the following days. New Years Day. Independence Day. Thanksgiving Day. Christmas Day. Members accept that these dates are already factored into billing. As memberships renew every 30-days, you already on occasion get 5 weeks in a cycle versus 4.
Other Closures. We may close on other days such as Labor Day or Halloween if it appears signups look low.

Age. Age/Ranges are listed in the class descriptions.
Attending Other Age Classes. Not Permitted. Under certain circumstances, the studio will allow a teen student to attend aerial classes based on maturity and skills. This is studio decision only.
Instructor Leadership. Instructors are expected to be listened to and respected. They are responsible for your lesson plans, spotting, rigging, and more. They work hard to ensure their students are safe and having fun.Â
Student Respect. All students must respect one another, the equipment, etcetera. We have posted guidelines in the studio as well for any questions. Â
2-Student Minimum. Classes require a minimum of 2 students. For classes starting at 12n or later, low enrollment cancelations may occur within 3 hours prior. For classes starting prior to 12n, low enrollment cancelations may occur up to 12 hours prior. The pass/credit goes back to the student's account who was signed up.

Illness. If you are sick, do not come to class. Contact us if you need assistance with a cancelation for a medical reason. We have an 8-hour cancel window, so if you know are you sick, do not wait to cancel and then ask us to refund/credit you, because we still have to pay our staff and that spot is still 'lost' to another student who could have used it. We can work with you if you let us know, but please do not abuse this policy either. Email the mailbox.
Videoing. We love Instagram and filming as much as you do! But please do so when appropriate. Instructors will normally allow time at the end of each class to film. Gravity may on occasion take photos or videos of students in class for Gravity's social media.
