Hammock is a fabric rigged in a big loop. We become acquainted with entering, sitting, and standing in the fabric, and begin inverting. Giggles included for free! All Levels friendly.
Practice climbs, conditioning, foot locks, and work our way into pretty combos in beautiful fabric! There is something for everyone, whether you're a first-timer or a pro! All Levels friendly.
Let's learn hoop entries, hand grips, conditioning, and form. Great for a first class or for continuing to hone and advance those skills. All Levels friendly.
We start with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by dips, spins, and floorwork. This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills! All levels friendly.Â
Spin Pole puts some twirl in your life! Work on control, speed, and and moving through different shapes from grounded positions or in the air. We recommend having taken a few Pole 1 classes if you're brand new, but this class is All Levels friendly.
Amp up the climbs and inversions! Expect combos and added conditioning. We recommend being comfortable with a Pole Stand, Knee Hook Spins, and Pirouettes before taking this class.Â
Learn a new routine every 4–6 weeks in styles like lyrical, jazz, Broadway, and more! Jump in anytime—each series builds in progressions. No partner needed—your pole’s got you! Recommend having taken a few Pole Level 1 classes first. Heels optional: Must be platform-style (e.g., Pleasers)—no stilettos.Â

Attire
Rise: We recommend a tee-shirt and tights or leggings which allow for movement but also back of knee protection. Â
Ignite: We close-fitting spandex or cotton shorts that hit above the knee and a tee or crop/sports bra top.Â
Avoid clothing with lots of zippers or buttons, and please remove rings and jewelry.
