Lyra is a circular metal apparatus suspended in the air. From there, the aerialist makes shapes from below, inside, or above.

We teach you the building blocks of your practice including terminology, hoop entries, hand grips, conditioning, and form. Great for a first class or for continuing to learn, hone, and advance those skills.Â

Attire
We recommend leggings with a tank or sports bra. Have a sleeved shirt handy for learning moves where the Lyra is in your armpit or elbow pit. No zippers or jewelry that will catch!
