We start with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by dips, spins, and floorwork. This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills! All levels friendly.
Amp up the climbs and inversions! Expect combos and added conditioning. We recommend being comfortable with a Pole Stand, Knee Hook Spins, and Pirouettes before taking this class.
Spin Pole puts some twirl in your life! We will work on control, speed, and and moving through different shapes from grounded positions or in the air. The teacher will adjust for all levels, but taking a few Pole 1 or 2 classes first can help prepare you.
Learn a new routine every 4–6 weeks in styles like lyrical, jazz, Broadway, and more! Jump in anytime—each series builds in progressions. No partner needed—your pole’s got you! Recommend having taken a few Pole Level 1 classes first. Heels optional: Must be platform-style (e.g., Pleasers)—no stilettos.

Attire
We recommend yoga or 'booty' shorts and a tank, crop, or sports bra for back of knee, arm, and additional skin grip on the metal. Â Also keep knee pads, pole heels, and socks on hand.
