A slower version of class combining elements of stretch and postures. Friendly for all levels and abilities that can be adapted to each student to add or lower challenge.
Move through postures in a consistent unchanging sequence designed to build strength, focus, and flexibility. The room is approximately 90°F—without added humidity—for a full-body, sweat-inducing practice.
Target small muscle groups for core strength, conditioning, & alignment. We use small equipment like flex kords & fit balls.
CIRCL Mobility™ class is geared to students who need a great starting place, with gentle flexibility and layered moves.
A signature vinyasa flow, but the teacher routinely changes the sequence to reflect your requests, such as hip openers, knee or spinal mobility, & more!

Attire
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. For example, a tee, tank or sports bra is good with leggings or yoga or athletic shorts.
