Aerial Arts & Bungee
A foundational fabric class to learn climbs, foot holds, & more. We may also use a looped, or sling, fabric!
Learn basic grip, shoulder shrugs, knee hangs, sit, & more in an all-levels class.
Combine low-impact aerobics & fitness in a full-body workout with stretchy bungee cords.
After you have taken 2+ Bungee Basics, join us in Flow to sequence moves to song!
Pole
Get strong, stay strong. A great class for beginners or pros for functional training.
This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills!
Learn a routine every 4–6 weeks. Many styles from jazz to hip hop, and all levels friendly.
Put some twirl in your life! Work on control, speed, and different shapes from the ground or air.
Time to level up! Students will work on aerial inverts, aerial fan kicks, shoulder mounts, & combos.
