In this all-levels class, learn basic grip, shoulder shrugs, knee hangs, mounts to sit, & more.
Combine low-impact aerobics & fitness in a full-body workout! Bungees are stretchy bands attached to the ceiling and harnessed at your waist.
After you have taken 2+ Bungee Intro classes, join us in this class where we begin sequencing moves to song!
Pole
Get strong, stay strong. A great class for beginners or pros for fun, functional training.
Learn a routine every 4–6 weeks. All levels friendly. We learn many styles from jazz to hip hop.
This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills!
