Combines low-impact aerobics, fitness, and dance in a full-body workout! Bungees are stretchy bands attached to the ceiling and harnessed at your waist.

Pole
We do dips, spins, and floorwork. This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills!
Put some twirl in your life! Work on control, speed, and and moving through different shapes. All Levels friendly.
Learn a new routine every 4–6 weeks in styles like lyrical, jazz, Broadway! Jump in anytime.
Amp up the climbs and inversions! Expect combos and added conditioning.Â
Time to level up! Students will work on aerial inverts, aerial fan kicks, & shoulder mounts.

We recommend a tee-shirt and tights or leggings for Aerials & Bungee. For Pole, wear close-fitting spandex or cotton shorts that hit above the knee and a tee or crop/sports bra top. Avoid zippers, buttons, rings, and jewelry.
