Aerial Arts & Bungee
Learn signature moves likes Star, Knee Hooks, Front Balance, Standing, & Hip Keys, and even sequence them together.
Perfect for new students nervous to jump into aerials or for anyone wanting to stretch, recover, and gain strength.
In this all-levels class, learn basic grip, shoulder shrugs, knee hangs, mounts to sit, & more. We will alternate the apparatus every other week.
Pole
This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills!
Learn a routine every 4–6 weeks. All levels friendly. We learn many styles from jazz to hip hop.
Put some twirl in your life! Work on control, speed, and different shapes from the ground or air.
We recommend taking 4 to 5 Pole Foundation & Level 1 classes first, then we amp up the climbs and challenges.
Time to level up! Students will work on aerial inverts, aerial fan kicks, shoulder mounts, & combos.

Attire
We recommend a tee-shirt and tights or leggings for Aerials & Bungee. For Pole, wear close-fitting spandex or cotton shorts that hit above the knee and a tee or crop/sports bra top. Avoid zippers, buttons, rings, and jewelry.
