Bungee Basics | Tuesdays 7:30pm
Bungee Flow (Level 2) | Thursdays 6:30pm
Bungee combines low-impact aerobics, fitness, and dance in a full-body workout! Bungees are stretchy bands attached to the ceiling and harnessed at your waist. We work on assisted squats, jumping and flying, with an option to choreograph moves together to a song.
Tuesdays are for all levels and fundamentals.
Thursdays we Flow & Dance, putting our learning into a choreo.
Sizing: We currently accommodate waist sizes 24" through 38," and bungees are rated for 115 to 250 pounds. We plan to continue building our inventory for sizing inclusivity.Â

Attire
We recommend leggings and a tee or tank. Some students like wearing bike shorts over leggings for extra cushion. We do not recommend bare skin at the waist. For this class, you'll be wearing a four-point harness and the bungee will clip in to a point on your back. Do not wear jewelry or clothing that has zippers, as these items could catch.
