What is Gym & Fly?Â
An energetic, all-level movement class that blends gymnastics-style skills, obstacle courses, games, and beginner aerial hammock play to build balance, strength, and confidence.Â
What are Youth Aerials?Â
Aerials are movement classes that teach skills on aerial equipment suspended from the ceiling. A combination of fitness, dance, and circus arts.
HOW DO I JOIN?Â
Singles – perfect for trying out or attending occasionally.
Program Memberships – pick 1 to 3 classes to attend weekly, and we will handle all your registrations.
Family Bundles – shared class credits, where you manage your own family schedule.
