This energetic class combines tumbling, strength-building, and acrobatic movement to develop coordination, agility, and confidence. Perfect on its own, or it to build up to our signature aerial arts classes (which are not specifically part of this class).
Cartwheels, round-offs, forward and backward rolls
Handstands, bridges, and basic inversions
Strength-building: push-ups, planks, pull-ups, wheelbarrow walks
Jumping, hopping, and landing with control
Linking movement sequences into smooth combinations
Coordination, agility, and early tumbling flow
Build overall strength, balance, and flexibility
Improve coordination, agility, and body awareness
Develop core stability and control through tumbling and movement
Practice safe landings, jumps, and transitions between skills
Encourage confidence, perseverance, and enjoyment of physical activity
