Build confidence, strength, and coordination with beginner tumbling, acro skills, and foundational aerial hammock practice — all through playful, skill-based movement. At this stage, the focus is on building body awareness, confidence, and safe technique while learning to control momentum and balance.
Forward rolls & backward rolls
Log rolls and straddle rolls
Tripod and basic headstand progressions
Bunny hops and handstand preps (weight-bearing on hands)
Cartwheel foundations
Core and shoulder strength for acro readiness
Coordination games and body-shape drills (tuck, pike, straddle, etc.)
Develop balance and control
Learn how to safely roll, invert, and land
Build strength and flexibility for aerial readiness
Understand spatial awareness (“upside down” orientation)
