A fun, movement-based class where little ones explore rolling, jumping, climbing, and balancing in a safe, playful environment. These foundational skills prepare them for gentle aerial exploration on silks and sling.Â
Forward rolls, log rolls, and gentle tumbling
Crawling, bear walks, and early hand weight-bearing activities
Walking on balance beams or low obstacles
Jumping, hopping, and safe landing practice
Basic coordination and body awareness through obstacle courses
Exploring spatial awareness and motor planning
Gaining confidence holding weight with hands on silks or sling
Sitting, kneeling, or simple wraps in sling with support
Gentle swings and movement off the ground to build comfort
Early core engagement and balance in aerial positions
Introducing the concept of climbing and safe aerial exploration
