Ambassador Work Exchange

We occasionally have openings in our Ambassador Work exchange program. In exchange for working at Gravity District, you will receive 1 free class for each shift. This is not a paid position.

Work Exchange Requirements

• Be 18 years old or older (due to the nature of our general insurance policy)

• Must have attended classes on a regular basis for at least 3 months or have volunteer or work experience

• Must commit to at least 2 regular shifts every week, for at least 3 months

• Must be dependable, punctual, organized and trustworthy

• Must have a high-level of cleanliness

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills

• Must have a strong desire to grow within our community

• Must be able to regularly attend studio events such as student showcases

Primary Duties Include

• Greeting and checking in students for class using our scheduling system

• Able to learn our student management system and assist with account setup, billing questions, and more

• Learn to safely rig and to enforce a no-rig policy to students that communicates our goal of safety

• General cleaning and trash removal in studio, reception area, storage, and bathrooms

• Restocking supplies, cleaning and organizing apparatus, equipment, mats, straps, blocks, etc.
