Flexibility

Wednesdays 7:30pm

This all-levels class builds our total flexibility and mobility! Are you wanting your splits or a backbend? Or simply to reach your toes? This class is open to all levels and will help you reach your goals and move your joints through unrestricted range of motion.

A super class combo for great results is 5:30pm Yoga, 6:30pm Bungee, & 7:30pm Flexibility!

Did you know? Our Chill Membership includes all our floor-based classes: Yoga, Barre, Pound, Flexibility, & Zumba Dance! Aerial, Pole, Bungee excluded.

Attire

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. For example, a tee, tank or sports bra is good with leggings or yoga or athletic shorts.
