POUND Rockout Workout

Thursdays 7:15pm or Saturdays 9:00am

POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin' out! Using 1/4-lb weighted Ripstix, we combine cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with simulated drumming – all to upbeat, energetic music, giving you a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement. All levels friendly!
