Barre Musicality

Sundays 9:00am or Wednesdays 12:30pm

Barre is a fast-paced toning workout for all levels that fuses ballet-inspired elements with Pilates, dance, and strength training. It includes standing exercises at the barre, where your Barre Above®-certified instructor will offer additional upper body combined movements. Class wraps up with core on a mat.

A great attire option is leggings or shorts and a tee or tank. We recommend being barefoot or wearing toeless socks. Don't forget to bring a filled water bottle!
