Handstands

Wednesdays 6:30pm

This all-levels class is for building your handstands! As an aerialist, learning how to flip your stance is great practice for being inverted in the air. We may incorporate forearm and handstands, too. This class is also great for anyone simply wanting to learn how to go upside down.
